Marat Golnik is the precision mind behind A&L Sheet Metal Inc., a New York–based fabrication company with over two decades of operation across the U.S. and international markets. With more than 40 years of experience in industrial machinery and electronic equipment design, Marat has built a reputation for delivering high-performance enclosures, acoustic frameworks, and structural assemblies that meet the most demanding technical standards. He received his BS in electronic engineering at Belorussian Polytechnic Institute at 1989.
At A&L, he leads the design and fabrication of custom sheet metal systems for military, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing sectors. His team, certified to ISO 9001:2008 and Premium Quality standards, specializes in small- to medium-scale components that demand structural integrity, electromagnetic shielding, and acoustic control.
Since 2024, Marat has partnered with Avixela to co-develop optomechanical enclosures and reflective system shells for plasma-liquid emitters, nano-resonators, and adaptive acoustic chambers. His contributions enable the physical realization of
Avixela’s dual-platform architecture—where form, function, and field performance converge. From micro-bent waveguides to multi-layered housings, every component is fabricated to its uncompromising standard.

Russel Pollack brings over two decades of experience in systems logistics, database architecture, and predictive analytics to Avixela’s sovereign infrastructure initiatives. A graduate of the University at Buffalo with a BS in Economics, Russel has led high-impact teams across enterprise software, marketing intelligence, and educational technology—building platforms that manage millions of users and hundreds of millions in revenue.
Before joining Avixela, Russel served as Director of Business Intelligence and Database Solutions at Bronx Community College, where he architected centralized data warehouses, standardized institutional reporting, and implemented disaster recovery protocols. Prior to that, he founded and led Rupean Inc., a boutique development firm specializing in pharmaceutical learning systems and gamified training platforms.
His earlier tenure at ACMG LLC saw him directing a 40+ person team across five departments, where he developed fault-tolerant enterprise systems for e-commerce, fulfillment, and predictive modeling. Russel’s technical fluency spans SQL, .NET, PHP, Crystal Reports, and cross-platform integration, with deep expertise in automation, analytics, and scalable infrastructure.
At Avixela, Russel leads the convergence of AI, database intelligence, and regenerative compute systems—integrating automation across plasma-enhanced fabrication, robotic microassembly, and sovereign data ecosystems. His mission is not just to optimize workflows, but to embed adaptive intelligence into the very architecture of industrial resilience.

Since founding Crystal Glass & Mirror Inc. in 2004, Larry Shvets has led with precision, resilience, and a relentless commitment to material excellence. With a foundation in architectural glass engineering and a legacy of hands-on fabrication, Larry built one of New York’s most trusted custom glass operations—delivering high-load, UV-bonded, and ballistic-grade assemblies for clients demanding zero tolerance for error.
In 2024, Larry joined Avixela to co-develop its dual-platform architecture for advanced coatings and optomechanical integration. His expertise in structural glass, lamination chemistry, and surface bonding now drives the translation of NanoCoat™ hybrid films, angle-sensitive glare suppression, and Dr. Blade deposition techniques into scalable, optically active substrates.
Larry was the first to prototype custom quartz filters for UVC saturation within HVAC DAC systems—engineering antimicrobial glass interfaces coated with functional nanofilms for pathogen-neutralizing performance. His contributions bridge the gap between architectural-grade durability and photonic precision, enabling Avixela’s platforms to deliver both aesthetic resilience and quantum-aligned functionality.

With over 45 years of precision engineering expertise, Yakov Opatzevfky is the founder and driving force behind United Machine Inc., a high-tolerance machining lab based in Paterson, New Jersey. A graduate of Saint Petersburg State University for Water Communications (1974–1979), where he studied marine engineering, Yakov has built one of the East Coast’s most respected facilities for small- to mid-scale component fabrication across military, medical, and industrial sectors.
United Machine Inc. has operated for nearly 25 years in the U.S. and abroad, specializing in parts that demand sub-micron tolerances, non-standard geometries, and extreme material resilience. The shop is ISO 9001, AS9100D, and Premium Quality certified, but it’s Yakov’s personal mastery—his ability to machine dielectric polymers, gold-tungsten alloys, and glass-ceramic hybrids—that sets the standard. Whether it’s a sealed electrode bore or a custom taper others won’t quote, Yakov delivers flawless execution under conditions that shred conventional hardware.
Since 2024, Yakov has partnered with Avixela to co-develop advanced assemblies for plasma-liquid reactors, nano-ignition systems, and UVC isolation chambers. His contributions include injector group bodies with sub-millimeter flow channels calibrated to micropressure tolerances—each bore drilled, reamed, and polished to match spray dynamics under high-frequency pulsing and cavitation. No chatter. No burrs. Just atom-by-atom control. His work is foundational to Avixela’s nano-plasmonic platforms and sovereign manufacturing systems, where durability, precision, and quantum-aligned performance converge.
