Eviana Breuss is a MD, PhD molecular biologist with more than 30 years of experience in translational research, with a particular focus on novel therapeutics of highly invasive and angiogenic brain cancers. She obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology and Biochemistry at the Institute of Experimental Cardiology, Cardiovascular Research Center, Moscow, followed by postdoctoral training in molecular and cellular biology at New York Medical College and Columbia University. From 2000 to 2010, Dr. Breuss conducted basic and clinical research at Washington State University, Westchester Medical Center, Columbia University School of Medicine, and NYU School of Medicine, as well as collaborated with Harvard University, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cognate Therapeutics, Weill Cornell Presbyterian Medical Center, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NY.
Dr. Breuss has extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing government, DoD, and non-profit organizations grants, IND, IND amendments, Investigator Brochures, Annual Reports, Health Authority submissions, IRB and IACUC protocols, running preclinical and clinical trials, evaluating emerging bio and nanotechnologies, and establishing lasting academia-industry partnerships.
Dr. Breuss studied financial planning and corporate law serving at Center of Wealth Preservation and NYL Insurance Company from 2009 to 2012. She is a Founder and President of 501(c)(3) nonprofitable charitable foundation, serving for kids with learning and mental disabilities.
Dr. Breuss is a Honored Listee of Marques Who's Who of a year 2024, as well as the Member of WorldWide Women's Association, and a member of The Female Quotient.
Igor Sokolovski is a PhD level neuroendocrine radiologist with more than 15 years of experience in radioimmunology and clinical research with exclusive interests in intracavitary brachytherapy, external beam, and radioiodine radiation therapy of patients exposed to the nuclear accidents, industrial radiation, and tumorigenesis. He obtained his B.S. in engineering in 1991 at National Technical University, graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University in 1992 with degree in Internal Medicine, and received his Ph.D. in Clinical Radiology at the Nagasaki University School of Medicine in 1996, followed by postdoctoral training in neuroendocrinology and cancer radiology under the supervision of Dr. Hoshi Masaharu and Dr. Nozomi Yamashita.
From 1992 to 1994, Dr. Sokolovski conducted clinical investigation of patients exposed to internal and external radiation at the government funded "Chernobyl Sasakawa Health Foundation". Dr. Sokolovski has a large scale experience in imminent healthcare technologies, industrial cryotechnologies, individual plasma systems and etching technology, mechanical and electrical systems design, additive manufacturing, adaptive acoustic technology, gas optimization and HVAC processing, and academia-industrial partnerships. As a lead of engineering team he joined AviXela company in 2020.
Alexey Breuss, PhD in Clinical Psychology, has extensive experience as a healthcare professional serving pediatric and adolescent patients at the Department of Hematology and Oncology at Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital and University of Rochester. He obtained his B.S. in Psychology at Stony Brook University in 2015 and master’s degree in School Education Psychology at St. John University in 2018. Dr. Breuss conducted translational research in immunology and cancer therapeutics at Columbia University Medical Center, New York University Medical School, and Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital. He is proficient in clinical writing as well as specializes in clinical evaluation of clients with mental and learning disabilities and pediatric cancer patients.
Yakov Opatzevfky is a Founder and President of United Machine Inc, located in Paterson, New Jersey, with more than 45 years of experience in the industrial and commercial machinery and computer equipment sector, ISO 9001, AS 9100D, and PREMIUM QUALITY certified. From 1974 to 1979 he studied marine engineering at Saint Petersburg State University for Water Communications (SPSUWC). His organization has been operating for almost 23 years in the United States and abroad. United Machine is estimated to generate $597,143 in annual revenues. The business specializes in small to medium size precision machined parts for military, medical, and machinery builders’ industries. Mr. Opatzevfky partners with AviXela and primarily involves in the design, development, and manufacturing of our innovative plasma-liquid system for nano-plasmonic elements and nanotechnology-based applications. He joined AviXela team in 2023.
